Shipping:

Shipping will be by UPS Ground or Next Day Air, your choice.  If an item you ordered shipped UPS Next Day Air is not in stock for immediate shipping, you will be notified and given the option to cancel the order.  If you do not want to cancel, then you will be given the option of changing delivery to regular UPS Ground delivery.  Orders that you  want to be shipped UPS Next Day Air must be placed before 12 noon Eastern Time Zone in order to make shipping that day.  Orders that cannot be filled within ten business days will be notified an given a probable delivery date and the option of cancelling their order.

Returns:

Products ordered may be returned within 30 days for full refund provided they are in unused condition and have all parts and paperwork included.  Refunds will be issued upon return of the product, prepaid, and inspection by us.  Please contact us about a return authorization and to discuss why you wish to return the product.  After the 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

Warranties and Repairs:

Manufacturer's warranties will apply and should accompany large products and can be provided for smaller products.  Warranties for the products are also found on this web site.  If you have problems contact us about them.  We are the authorized warranty and repair center for the products and have been for many years.  Some problems may only require a phone call to correct and not really be a defect in the product, but be caused by how the product is used sometimes.  Warranties would have to be sent back prepaid and upon inspection we would repair and return the product prepaid or you could be sent a new product, manufacturer's choice.  If your product ever needed service you can contact us about repairs or we could find you a closer authorized repair center.
